The experiment conducted in the field of the Institute of Plant Genetic Resources and Breeding in Thessaloniki (northern Greece) by <strong><span style=\"color: #8bc53f;\">i<\/span><span style=\"color: #1b74ba;\">con<\/span><span style=\"color: #f49224;\">share<\/span><\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>The experimental design consisted of a completely randomized blocks (RCBD) with ten treatments and four replications. The experimental plots were 3 m \u00d7 4 m and consisted of twelve rows 0.25 m apart.\u00a0 The treatments were divided into as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u0391pplication of 20kg \u039d ha<sup>-1<\/sup> in the form of (20-20-0) before sowing and 20kg N ha<sup>-1<\/sup>\u00a0 in the form of NH<sub>4<\/sub>NO<sub>3<\/sub> (33.5-0-0) before tillering.<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of CoteN Mix\u00ae 2 months fertilizer 17 kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup> in the form of (31-21-0) before sowing.<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of CoteN Mix\u00ae 4 months fertilizer 17 kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup> before sowing in the form of (31-21-0).<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of 20 kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup> in the form of (18-46-0) before sowing, 15 kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup> in the form of urea (46-0-0) before tillering\u00a0 and 15 kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup> in the form of\u00a0 NH<sub>4<\/sub>NO<sub>3<\/sub> (33.5-0-0) after 15 days of tillering.<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of CoteN Mix\u00ae 2 months fertilizer 25kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup> in the form of (25-30-0)\u00a0 before sowing.<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of CoteN Mix\u00ae 2 months\u00a0 13kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup>\u00a0 in the form of (25-30-0) and\u00a0 10kg CoteN Mix\u00ae \u00a0UREA in the form of (44-0-0) before tillering.<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of 30kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup> in the form of (15-15-15) before sowing, 10kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0 urea before tillering and 20kg N ha<sup>\u22121<\/sup>\u00a0 NH4NO3 (33.5-0-0) 15 days after tillering.<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of 30kg \u039d ha<sup>-1<\/sup> CoteN Mix\u00ae 2 months fertilizer in the form of (30-7-7-+1 MgO\/ME) before sowing.<\/li>\n<li>\u0391pplication of 20kg \u039d ha<sup>-1<\/sup> CoteN Mix\u00ae MIX 2 months fertilizer in the form of (15-15-15 +ME) before sowing and 13kg CoteN Mix\u00ae \u00a0UREA in the form of (44-0-0) before tillering .<\/li>\n<li>\u039do fertilization (control). The fertilizers were incorporated with a tandem harrow disc to a depth of 12\u201315 cm, after application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The genetic material was bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), cultivar \u2018ACHELOOS\u2019 and was sown with a precision space planter, self-driving machine WINTERSTEIGER on December 19, 2016 at a rate of 180gr seeds per plot. Initial soil analysis before sowing has been performed and also during the growing season.<\/p>\n<p>The harvest day was on June 27, 2017 and all samples from each plot were analyzed for yield (tn\/ha), nutrients (soil, leaves, stem and seed) and all of the wheat\u2019s quality characteristics (protein, gluten etc.) in the laboratory of Soil Science Institute of Thessaloniki and the Institute of Plant Genetic Resources and Breeding of Thessaloniki.
