With experience in many wine producing regions in South East Europe, iconshare offers an array of wine consulting services, which includes wine sensory evaluation and blending of tanks / barrels, introduction on latest technologies and selection of the best winemaking procedures adapted to each variety. Besides iconshare offers wine quality evaluation suggesting the most appropriate wine analyses.  Additionally, iconshare can be used to develop new wine products based on the consumer needs.

The iconshare’s wine consulting team is constituded by agronomists / vineyard specialists, who are professionals in the grape producing market more than 20 years and enologists with a great experience in the wine-making process in several wine-producing regions.

Dr. Georgios Kotseridis

The supervisor / team leader of the iconshares wine consulting team is Dr. Georgios Kotseridis. Dr. Kotseridis received his Diploma in Food sciences from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, then he moved to France for post-graduate studies in Enology. Diplome Nationale d’Oenologue, D.E.A. and PhD degree in Enology / Viticulture from the University of Bordeaux. He joined the Food Science Department of the Agricultural University of Athens where he works as Associate Professor of Enology and teaches Wine Technology and Wine Tasting to the graduate students.  He has co-authored more than 50 research and applied research publications.

The iconshare’s wine consulting team is attracted by making great wines using rare, obscure, autochthonous varieties. Also, we are trying to produce wines without using SO2 during the winemaking process as the use of SO2 hints the wine aroma. New technologies on producing distinct wines are included in our main targets.
